SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at RaeJae's Treasures! Because all of our products are lovingly handmade, please allow a little extra time for us to prepare your order.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take up to 2 weeks to process before shipment. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take additional time. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship via USPS. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
• Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at RaeJaesTreasures@icloud.com. We'll do our best to make it right!
